摘  要:实验旨在研究绒山羊毛囊生长相关基因的表达规律,为绒山羊分子育种提供参考。本实验采用RT-PCR和组织免疫荧光等方法研究神经生长因子(NGF)及受体TrkA在4月份辽宁绒山羊毛囊皮肤组织中的表达和分布情况。结果表明:NGF及TrkA的mRNA存在于绒山羊皮肤组织中;NGF及受体TrkA主要存在于初级毛囊的外根鞘和表皮,次级毛囊的毛母质和表皮中。以上结果表明,NGF可能参与初级毛囊外根鞘细胞的增殖和毛母质细胞的分裂与增殖,进而影响毛囊的生长与发育。Researching on expression pattern of hair follicle growth relevant genes in Cashmere goat skin is vital for molecular breeding of cashmere goats. Expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) and its receptor TrkA in skin tissue of Liaoning Cashmere goats was studied in using RT-PCR and immunofluorescence method this experiment. The results showed that mRNA of NGF and TrkA exist in Cashmere goat skin tissue. NGF and TrkA receptor were found in the outer root sheath and epidermis of the primary follicles, and also present in parent material and epidermis of secondary follicles. These results suggest that NGF might involve in the proliferation of primary follicle outer root sheath cells and hair matrix cell division and proliferation, thereby affecting the growth and development of hair follicles.
