浒苔对生长育肥猪消化能及养分消化率的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究浒苔对生长育肥猪养分利用率及消化能的影响，并评定其营养价值。试验选用体重（40．36±1．20）kg、安装回场末端T型瘘管的鲁烟白猪6头，采用交叉试验设计分2阶段分别测定了基础日粮及由94％基础日粮与6％浒苔组成的试验日粮中能量、常规养分及氨基酸的曰肠末端表观消化率。结果表明：生长育肥猪日粮中添加6％浒苔可显著提高粗蛋白的表观消化率；浒苔对生长育肥猪的表观消化能为12．67MJ／kg；干物质、有机物及粗蛋白质的表观消化率分别为76．83％、72．31％和83．32％；各种氨基酸的消化率为67．01％～81．96％，This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Enteromorpha prolifera on digestive energy and nutrient digestibility of growing-finishing swine. Six swine （LUNYAN white pig） with T- cannulated barro were used. The ileal apparent （AID） of amino acids, nutrient digestibility and digestive energy for basal diet as well as experiment diet （ 6% Enteromorpha prolifera and 94% basal diet）were studied using crossover trial method. The results showed that compared with the control group, 6% Enteromorpha prolifera significantly increased the digestibility of CP （P〈0.05）. Digestible energy of Enteromorpha prolifera for growing-finishing swine was 12.67 MJ/kg; Digestibility of dry matter, organism matter, and crude protein of Enteromorpha prolifera was 76.83%, 72.31% and 83.32%, respectively, ilead apparent availability of amino acids was 67.01% to 81.96% and 75.65% on average, total amino acid digestibility was 76.35%.
