摘 要:本试验旨在研究用于肉鸡小麦-豆粕型饲粮的木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶复配的最佳酶谱组合。试验首先采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶、植酸酶分别设定6个水平添加到肉鸡小麦一豆粕型饲粮中,采用模拟胃肠液体外消化试验,研究单酶的最佳剂量:然后根据各单酶最佳添加量,将4种单酶分别设定3个水平:木聚糖酶(750、800、850U/g),β-葡聚糖酶(50、100、150U/g),纤维素酶(700、750、800U/g),植酸酶(1000、1500、2000U/kg),采用4因子3水平b(3。)正交设计,设置9种组合方式.以净还原糖生成量、植酸磷降解率、饲粮残渣总能为检测指标,确定4种单酶复配的最佳酶谱组合。结果表明:肉鸡小麦-豆粕型饲粮中木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶和植酸酶的最佳添加量,0~3周龄分别为800、130、770、1360U/kg;4~6周龄分别为800、130、790、1470U/kg;4种单酶组合的最佳酶谱均为木聚糖酶850U/g、纤维素酶750U/g、β-葡聚糖酶50U/g、植酸酶2000U/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the best complex for mula of xylanase, glucanase, phytase and cellulase adding into broiler's wheat soybean meal diets. The in vitro digestion tests of broiler wheat soybean meal diets added into 6 levels of xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulose and phytase were conducted in the first test by one factor complete randomized experiment design to determine their optimal adding levels. Then according to the optimum content, all the enzymes were set three levels: xylanase (750 U/g, 800 U/g, 850 U/g), β-glucanase (50 U/g, 100 U/g, 150 U/g), cellulase (700 U/g, 750 U/g, 800 U/g) and phytase (1 000 U/kg, 1500 U/kg, 2 000 U/kg), and 9 kinds of complex formula of the four enzymes adding into wheat soybean meal diets of broiler were designed by L9 (34) orthogonal design, the vitro digestion tests and detection indexes were as the same as the above test. The results showed that: the best contents of the xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase and phytase were 800 U/g, 130 U/g, 770 U/g and 1 360 U/g respectively in 0-3w broiler's wheat soybean meal diet, and in 4-6w diet were 800 U/g, 130 U/g, 790 U/g and 1 470 U/kg respectively. The best complex formula of the xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase and phytase was 850 U/g, 50 U/g , 750 U/g and 2 000 U/g in 0~3w and 4-6w broiler' s wheat soybean meal diets.
