摘 要:为全面分析多风电场风速相关性对风电穿透功率极限的影响,提出了一种考虑风速相关性和电网多种约束条件的风电穿透功率极限的改进计算方法。该方法采用基于拉丁超立方采样的随机模拟技术对具有相关性的多个风电场风速进行模拟,并应用基于机会约束规划理论的最优概率潮流方法,在满足包含常规机组爬坡能力约束等系统多种约束的前提下,以系统接纳风电总装机容量最大化为目标,计算风电穿透功率极限。以IEEE-30节点系统为仿真算例,采用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,验证了上述方法的有效性。仿真结果表明,通过增加爬坡能力约束能更好地反映风速相关程度对风电接入能力的影响,从而得到更符合实际的风电穿透功率极限。To comprehensively analyze the impact of wind speed correlation of multi wind farms on wind power penetration limit, an improved method for calculating wind power penetration limit, in which the wind speed correlation and multi constraints of power grid are considered, is proposed. Utilizing the Latin hypercube sampling based stochastic simulation, the correlated wind speeds of multi wind farms are simulated. Using chance constrained programming based probabilistic optimal power flow and taking the maximized total installed capacity to accommodate wind power as the objective, the wind power penetration limit is calculated under the premise of satisfying multi constraints of power grid, including the ramp rate constraints of conventional units. Taking IEEE 30-bus system as the case, the above-mentioned model is solved by genetic algorithm, and simulation results show that the proposed method is effective. Besides, simulation results also show that the impact of wind speed correlation on the capability of accommodating wind power can be reflected better by adding the constraint of ramp rate constraint, thus a wind power penetration limit that is more in conformity with the practice can be obtained.
