摘 要:将潮流介数理论应用于输电网断线风险评估。首先,定义了象征线路关键性的线路潮流介数和象征节点重要性的节点潮流介数;其次,结合传统故障后果严重度指标,建立了基于潮流介数的线路过载严重度指标和节点电压越限严重度指标;最后,将输电网断线故障的概率与基于潮流介数的严重度指标结合,得到了基于潮流介数的断线风险评估指标。仿真结果表明,该方法能科学、合理地评估输电网断线风险,为运行人员防控连锁故障提供有益的辅助信息,避免重大事故的发生。To Apply power betweenness theory in the assessment on the risk of line-breakage in transmission network, firstly, the line's power betweenness characterizing the critical role of the transmission line and the node's power betweenness are defined; secondly, combining with traditional severity index of fault consequence the power betweenness based severity index of line overload and the severity index of out-of-limit nodal voltage are established; finally, integrating the probability of line-breakage in transmission network With the power betweenness based severity indices, the power betweenness based assessment index for line-breakage risk is obtained. Simulation results show that using the proposed method the risk of line-breakage in transmission network can be assessed scientifically and reasonably and related helpful auxiliary information can be provided to dispatchers to prevent major accident due to cascaded failures.
