摘 要:首先依据调度机构的火电厂综合评价指标构建原则建立了综合评价指标体系,进而通过层次分析法构建多层次的指标体系结构模型,并与专家经验相结合逐层确定指标权重,然后采用模糊评价方法建立火电厂指标和评价等级的模糊关系,形成多目标、多因素指标的量化结果,最后将指标权重和量化结果做合成运算,实现火电厂运行情况的综合评价。实际应用结果表明,文中建立的评价指标体系和采用的评价方法可以全面客观地反映火电厂运行状况,有助于提高调度机构对火电厂的运行管理水平。Firstly, based on the construction principle of dispatching institution's comprehensive evaluation indices for coal-fired power plants a comprehensive index system is established; then by use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) an architectural model of multi-hierarchical index system is built, and combining with expert experiences the weights of indices are determined hierarchy by hierarchy; and then the fuzzy evaluation method is utilized to establish the fuzzy relationship between the indices of coal-fired power plant and the order of evaluation, thus the quantitative results with multi-objectives and multi-factors is formed; finally, the compositional operation of index weights and quantitative results is performed to implement the comprehensive evaluation of operating conditions of coal-fired power plant. Results of actual application show that the operating conditions of coal-fired power plant can be reflected by the established evaluation index system and the utilized evaluation method comprehensively and objectively, therefore they are favorable for dispatching institution to improve its operation and management level for coal-fired power plants.
