摘 要:介绍了不同除草地膜的除草原理及制备技术,并采用母粒法,通过对除草剂进行超声波活化及加入界面改性剂,制备了聚乙烯除草地膜;研究了聚乙烯除草地膜的热性能及微观形态,并将该除草地膜用于花生种植试验。结果表明:除草剂与聚乙烯基体的相容性得到改善,界面结合力提高,地膜表面具有相对较小的微孔,可实现地膜中除草剂的缓慢释放;除草地膜的药效时间较长,具有较好的除草效果。The herbicidal mechanism and preparation technology of herbicidal mulching film were introduced, and then the herbicidal mulching film was prepared by using herbicides ultrasonic activation and the interface modifier. The thermal property of herbicidal master batch was investigated and the micro morphology and application tests in peanut of herbicidal mulching film also were investigated. The results show that the compatibility between herbicide and PE improves after modification. The herbicidal mulching film has the function of slowly released herbicide with the microporous on the film surface. The application tests show that: the herbicidal mulching film owns longer efficacy of herbicide, and has better effect of weed controlling.
