广东省医疗机构2011-2013年销售金额排序前20位药品应用分析

摘　　要：目的:为促进医疗机构合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对广东省医疗机构2011-2013年销售金额排序前20位药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。其中,2011、2012、2013年分别统计101、112、117家医疗机构。结果:销售金额居首位的是前列地尔注射液或阿托伐他汀钙片;销售金额排序居前5位的药物类别有心血管系统药、抗肿瘤药、抗感染药及影响免疫功能药;合资药品的销售金额始终占较大比例;DDDs排序列前4位的均是心血管系统药,DDC排序前6位的是抗肿瘤药、影响免疫功能药和抗感染药。结论:广东省医疗机构药品销售金额呈明显的增长趋势;医院管理应当重点关注当地疾病谱的变化,以促进药物有效、经济、合理地使用。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for rational use of drugs in the medical institutions. METHODS： By retrospective method, the utilization of top 20 drugs in the list of consumption sum in medical institutions from Guangdong province during 2011-2013 were analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, etc. Among them, 101 medical institutions in 2011, 112 medical institutions in 2012 and 117 medical institutions in 2013 were included in study. RESULTS： Alprostadil injection or Atorvastatin calcium tablets ranked at the first place of consumption sum. The top 5 drug varieties in the list of consumption sum were cardiovascular system drugs, antineoplastic, anti-infectives and immunomodulator. The consumption sum of drugs from joint venture enterprise took higher proportion from beginning to end. In terms of DDDs, the cardiovascular system drugs ranked at the first 4 place. In terms of DDC, the antineoplastic, immunomodulator and anti-infectives ranked at the first 6 place. CONCLUSIONS： The consumption sum of drugs in medical institutions from Guangdong province has showed a significantly increasing trend. Hospital management should focus on the changes of local disease spectrum so as to promote the effective, economical and rational use of drugs.
