摘 要:为研究饲料脂肪水平对乌苏里拟鲿生长性能和体成分的影响,以鱼粉和酪蛋白作为蛋白源,鱼油和豆油(1∶1)作为脂肪源,配制3个不同脂肪水平(5%、10%和15%)的试验饲料,对平均体重为(3.40±0.01)g的乌苏里拟鲿进行为期8周的养殖试验。结果表明,饲料中脂肪含量为5%时,试验鱼的增重率最大(276%),蛋白质效率最高(1.80%),饲料系数最低(1.22),全鱼粗蛋白质含量最高(13.68%),且均显著优于15%试验组(P<0.05)。因此,本试验条件下乌苏里拟鲿饲料中适宜的脂肪含量为5%。An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to study the optimal lipid content of feed for Pseudobagras us- suriensis.Fish meal and casein were chosen as the protein source, the fish oil and the bean oil as fat source.Pseudobagras ussuriensis were randomly divided into 3 groups,and three lipid levels(5%, 10%, 15%)were formulated.The results showed that when the fat content was 5%,the weight growth rates of Pseudobagras ussuriensis were the highest(276%),the protein efficiency was the highest (1.80%), the feed conversion efficiency was the lowest (1.22), and protein content of the whole fish was the highest(13.68%) which were all significantly improved, compared with 15% group(P 〈 0.05).In this trial the optimal lipid content in feed was 5% for Pseudobagras ussuriensis.
