摘 要:将高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝后产生的硅钙渣作为陶瓷的烧制原料之一,采用传统陶瓷的烧结工艺,成功制备出性能良好的陶瓷试样,并运用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等测试手段对陶瓷试样进行分析。研究表明:与传统陶瓷材料相比,硅钙渣陶瓷试样的烧成温度低,但烧成温度范围窄(约为10℃);随着硅钙渣掺量的增加,试样的主晶相由石英相、辉石和透辉石相逐渐向硅灰石相、辉石和透辉石相转变;当硅钙渣的掺量达到50%时,试样的起始烧成温度仅为1145℃,且试样的抗折性能很好(最高可达到92MPa),吸水率小于0.3%。A ceramic with good performances was synthesized by use calcium silicon slag which generated after the extraction of alumina from high aluminum fly ash as main raw material of ceramic firing. Using the traditional ceramic sintering process for burning,and the ceramic specimens were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD) test means. Results show that compared with traditional ceramic materials,the sintering temperature of ceramic sample was synthesized by use calcium silicon slag is low,but narrow sintering temperature range( about 10 ℃); with the increase of the calcium silicon slag content,the main crystal phase by quartz sample phase,pyroxene and diopside phase gradually transition to the wollastonite,pyroxene and diopside phase; when calcium silicon slag content reaches to 50%,the sample of the initial sintering temperature is 1145 ℃,the sample of bending strength is better( up to 92 MPa) and water absorption is less than 0. 3%.
