摘  要:以Al(NO3)3·9H2O和尿素为原料、无水乙醇-水混合液为溶剂,采用溶剂热法150℃、6h条件下制备了叶片状分级结构γ-AlOOH。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及紫外-可见吸收光谱测试(UV-vis)等手段对所得产物进行表征,研究了尿素对纳米γ-AlOOH形貌以及对刚果红吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,当尿素摩尔量为0.4mmol时产物为叶片状分级结构γ-AlOOH,由长度在1.5-2μm范围、厚度约几个nm的纳米片自组装而成,且对刚果红表现出吸附性能最佳,其吸附率为98%。Leaf-like hierarchical structures γ-Al OOH was prepared by a facile template-free solvothermal method at 150 ℃ for 6 h,using aluminum nitrate( Al( NO3)3·9H2O) and urea( CO( NH2)2) as source and a mixed water / ethanol solution as solvent. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and UV-vis. The influence of molar weight of the urea on the final product 's morphology and its adsorptive property was also examined. Experiment results indicated that the leaf-like hierarchical structures γ-Al OOH was obtained by self-assembly nanosheets with 1. 5-2 μm in lengths and several nanometer in diameter when molar weight of urea is 0. 4 mmol. Meanwhile the obtained hierarchical γ-Al OOH showed excellent adsorption properties for Congo red( CR) with adsorption rate of 98%.
