摘 要:研究了集料组成、轻集料的最大粒径、矿物掺合料和体积砂率对次轻混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量和表观密度的影响规律。结果表明:集料组成能显著影响次轻混凝土的物理力学性能,随着轻集料取代率增大,次轻混凝土的弹性模量和表观密度降低,而抗压强度和抗拉强度则存在极大值;随着轻集料最大粒径的降低,次轻混凝土的抗压强度和杭拉强度明显增大,而弹性模量和表观密度变化甚微;次轻混凝土的体积砂率变化范围具有最佳值;掺加一定量的混合材料能显著提高次轻混凝土的抗压强度与抗拉强度,而对弹性模量和表观密度影响不大。Research on the aggregate composition, lightweight aggregate largest size, the mineral admixtures and the volume sand ratio to the influence law to the Semi-lightweight concrete compressive strength,tensile strength and elastic modulus and apparent density of Semi-lightweight concrete. The results show that: aggregate component has a significant impact on the physical and mechanical performance of Semi-lightweight concrete,with the lightweight aggregate replace rate increases,the elastic modulus and apparent density of Semi-lightweight concrete is reduced,and the compressive strength and tensile strength,there exists a maximum value; With the maximum diameter of lightweight aggregate cut, compressive strength and tensile strength of Semi-lightweight concrete is significant increased,but the elastic modulus and apparent density change little; the variation range of Semilightweight volume sand ratio concrete exists best value; By adding a certain amount of admixtures can obviously improve compressive strength and tensile strength of Semi-lightweight concrete,but to the impact of elastic modulus and apparent density is not big.
