摘  要:本文针对一个有尖叫倾向的实际样车,通过有限元方法提取制动器各部件的模态参数,应用耦合模型来分析子结构模态与耦合系统不稳定模态的关系。从而得出引起制动尖叫的主要原因为摩擦片与制动盘的模态耦合,利用修改摩擦片的结构形式来改善制动尖叫。最后通过J2521台架试验,验证此方法的可行性。In this paper, the modal parameters of each sub-components on brakes are extracted by Finite Element Method(FEM) based on a practical vehicle with squeal tendency, generally analysis the relationship between the modal of sub-components and unstable modal of coupling system through the application of coupling modal, and then conclude the primary reason of the brake squeal caused by the modal coupling of brake disc and friction plate, based on the modification of the architecture of the friction plate to improve the brake squeal, finally the feasibility of this approach has been verified though J2521 based on the bench test.
