摘  要:矿井通风系统的优劣对地下矿山的安全生产有重大影响。在对某金属矿山通风系统进行详细调查与现场测定的基础上,以风速(量)合格率、风质合格率及有效风量率等十项鉴定指标为评价依据,对该矿山的通风系统进行了系统评价与分析,指出该矿通风系统存在主扇与矿井现需风量不匹配、有效风量率低、通风构筑物不完善、风流调控设施不到位及管理不善,导致风流紊乱、内部漏风、风流短路严重、风量分配不合理及采场通风条件差等问题,并针对问题提出了相应的改进意见与措施,以期改善矿山井下作业点的环境,有效解决井下的通风问题。The advantages and disadvantages of mine ventilation system have significant impact on the safety production of underground mine.Based on detailed investigation and field measuring a metal mine ventilation system,This paper has systematically evaluated the ventilation system according to ten appraisal indicators,such as air volume percent of pass,the qualified rate and the effective air flow rate.It shows that the mine ventilation system has some problems with mismatching between the main fan and mine,low effective air flow rate,incomplete ventilation structure,lack of regulation facilities and poor management.The consequence is the flow disorder,internal air leakage,serious air short circuit,unreasonable air distribution and stope ventilation.In order to improve the work environment on the underground bases and solve the problems of mine ventilation effectively,corresponding improvement opinions and measures are put forward.
