悬振锥面选矿机回收柿竹园1500t/d选矿厂黑钨细泥工业试验研究

摘　　要：在实验室用直径1.2 m的悬振锥面选矿机对柿竹园1 500 t/d选矿厂黑钨细泥进行探索试验获得良好指标的基础上,用直径4 m的工业用悬振锥面选矿机对该矿进行工业试验,通过一次粗选获得含WO_3 30.23%、回收率75.72%。含锡4.97%、锡回收率为67.90%的黑钨精矿。On the basis of laboratory experiment, which abtained good results for recycling wolframite from heated slime tailings of Shizhuyuan 1 500 t/d plant using hang and vibrate of cone concentrator of 1.2 m diameter, the industial test was carried out with the concentrator of 4 m diameter. Through one roughing, wolframite concentrate was abtained containing WO3 30.23% with the recovery of 75.73%, Sn 4.97% with the recovery of 67.90%.
