摘  要:丁基铵黑药是一种较好的硫化铜矿石捕收剂。利用五硫化二磷和丁醇在一定条件下反应,再向其内通入氨气成功制备了丁基铵黑药。考察了工艺条件对制备产品收率的影响,结果表明:当原料五硫化二磷和丁醇质量比为0.75、反应温度为85℃、反应时间1.5 h时,制备的丁基铵黑药产品收率较高。将制备的丁基铵黑药对硫化铜矿进行了浮选试验,可获得铜精矿铜品位23.09%、铜回收率87.73%的较好选铜指标。Ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate is a Ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate was successfully prepared collector agent for copper-sulfide ore. reaction between phosphorus pentasulfide and butanol as raw materials, and then the reaction with ammonia. It was investigated that preparation technical conditions influenced on the sample yield. The results showed that the yield of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate was higher when mass ratio of phosphorus pentasulfide and butanol was 0.75, the reaction temperature was 85℃ and the reaction time was 1.5 h. Laboratory flotation test on copper sulfide ore was made by preparation ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collector agent. The test results indicated the technical indexes of copper grade was 23.09% Cu with copper recovery of 87.73% in the copper concentrate.
