摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:选取肩关节周围炎患者120例,随机分为综合治疗组、推拿组和针刺组,每组40例。推拿组给予推拿手法治疗,针刺组给予针刺治疗,综合治疗组给予推拿配合针刺综合治疗。结果:综合治疗组总有效率优于推拿组和针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 120 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the treatment group,the massage group and the acupuncture group,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the massage group were given massage treatment; The ones in the acupuncture group were given acupuncture group; And the ones in the comprehensive group were given massage and acupuncture treatment together. Results： The total effective rate of the comprehensive group was better than that of the acupuncture group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment has good curative effect on periarthritis of shoulder.
