摘　　要：目的:观察中药煎汤外洗治疗湿热型膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:53例湿热型膝关节炎滑膜炎患者采用中药煎汤外洗治疗,配合适当功能锻炼,观察临床疗效。结果:53例中,治愈7例,显效35例,无效11例,有效率为79.0%。结论:运用中药煎汤外洗治疗湿热型膝关节滑膜炎可提高患者生存质量,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM external cleansing for treating gonarthromeningitis of damp-heat type.Methods： 53 cases with gonarthromeningitis of damp-heat type were treated by TCM external cleansing and combined with proper functional training. Then the clinical effects were observed. Results： Among the 53 cases,7 cases were cured,35 cases presented effects,11 cases didn＇t show effects. The effective rate was 79. 0%. Conclusion： The method of TCM external cleansing has remarkable effects for treating gonarthromeningitis of damp-heat type and improving the patients＇ quality of life.
