补肾化痰活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征27例

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾化痰活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的临床疗效及其对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:将54例PCOS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例,对照组给予达英-35治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟补肾化痰活血方治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月经周期,比较两组患者性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数,并停药6个月后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组的性激素和胰岛素抵抗指数均有明显改善,治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01);治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化痰活血方治疗PCOS疗效显著,其作用机制可能与改善PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗有关。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huatan Huoxue Fang（ BSHTHXF） for treating polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） and its impact on insulin resistance. Methods： 54 cases with PCOS were randomized into treatment group（ 27 cases） and control group（ 27 cases）. The control group were treated by Diane-35. The treatment group were given self-formulated BSHTHXF additionally. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The indexes of the sex hormone level and insulin resistance in the two groups were compared. The clinical effects were evaluated after 6 months＇ administration of drugs. Results： After the treatment,the indexes of the sex hormone level and insulin resistance in the two group were greatly improved. The improvement of the treatment group is greater than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）; the clinical effects of the treatment group is noticeably better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： BSHTHXF has significant effect on PCOS. The action mechanism is probably related with the improvement of insulin resistance in the PCOS patients.
