中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎82例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将82例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各41例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础加用中医综合治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.1%,对照组有效率为78.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后CPR、IL-2等生化指标均有下降,治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of integrative therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods： 82 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were added comprehensive Chinese medicine treatment besides routine Western medicine.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 1%,while that of the control group was 78. 0%,and there was significant difference between them（ P〈0. 05）; Compared with before the treatment,after the treatment,such biochemical markers as CPR and IL-2 decreased,especially the treatment group decreased more（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrative therapy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine has good effect on chronic pelvic inflammation.
