铺灸配合穴位注射治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘50例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察铺灸配合穴位注射治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将150例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为3组各50例,铺灸组给予铺灸治疗,穴位注射组给予穴位注射治疗,治疗组给予铺灸配合穴位注射治疗,3组均以10d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈率为50.0%,有效率为98.0%,铺灸组治愈率为18.0%,有效率为86.0%;穴位注射组治愈率为14.0%,有效率为82.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于铺灸组和穴位注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三组患者治疗后ECP、LPO水平均明显降低,与铺灸组和穴位注射组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8明显升高,而CD8+明显降低,与铺灸组合穴位注射相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后三组患者肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、PEF)均有所升高,治疗组明显优于与铺灸组和穴位注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铺灸配合穴位注射能能明显提高咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效,降低ECP、LPO含量,改善细胞免疫,提高肺功能指标。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of long snake moxibustion combined with acupoint injection for treating cough variant asthma. Methods： 150 cases with cough variant asthma were randomized into 3 groups,each group with 50 cases. For the long snake moxibustion group,long snake moxibustion were performed; while for the acupoint injection group,acupoint injection were given,10 days as a treatment course for each group. Results： For the treatment group,the cure rate was 50. 0% and effective rate 98. 0%; for the long snake moxibustion group,the cure rate was 18. 0% and effective rate 86. 0%; for the acupoint injection group,the cure rate was 14. 0% and effective rate 82. 0%. The efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than those of the long snake moxibustion group and acupoint injection group,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. After the treatment,the levels of ECP and LPO of 3 groups remarkably decreased. Compared with the long snake moxibustion group and acupoint injection group,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. After the treatment,the levels of CD3^ ＋ 、CD4^ ＋ 、CD4 / CD8 increased distinctly,while the level of CD8^ ＋ declined clearly. Compared with the long snake moxibustion combined with acupoint injection group,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. After the treatment,the indexes of the patients＇ lung function（ FVC、FEV1、PEF） in the 3 groups rose to some extent. The treatment group is greatly better than the long snake moxibustion combined with acupoint injection group,and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Long snake moxibustion combined with acupoint injection can significantly improve the clinical effects of cough variant asthma,reduce the contents of ECP and LPO,improve the cellular immunity and enhance the index of lung function.
