针灸治疗哮喘临床选穴规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床针灸治疗哮喘的选穴规律。方法:检索CNKI和VIP数据库,检索词为"哮喘"分别与"针灸""针刺""艾灸""电针""腹针""眼针""三棱针""芒针""皮肤针""皮内针""耳穴或耳针""头针""腕踝针""浮针""火针""敷贴""埋线""腧穴注射或水针""磁疗""拔罐""刮痧"等针灸方法进行组合检索。结果:针灸治疗哮喘应用频次最多的为膀胱经穴位,以五脏俞穴为主,其中肺俞、肾俞、脾俞应用频次较多。结论:目前临床上针灸治疗哮喘所选取的穴位以肺俞、定喘、大椎最为常见,经络主要集中在膀胱经、任脉和经外奇穴上。Objective： To discuss the law of acupoint selection in treating asthma by acupuncture. Methods： The databases of CNKI and VIP were retrieved. The search words the combination of ＂asthma＂with ＂acupuncture＂,＂needling＂,＂moxibustion＂,＂eletro-acupuncture＂,＂abdominal acupuncture＂,＂eye acupuncture＂,＂three-edged needle＂,＂elongated needle＂,＂cutaneous needling＂,＂intradermal needling＂,＂ear acupoints or ear acupuncture＂,＂scalp acupuncture＂,＂wrist-ankle acupuncture＂,＂floating needling＂,＂fire needling＂,＂point application＂,＂catgut embedding＂,＂acupoint injection or hydro-acupuncture＂,＂magnet therapy＂,＂cupping＂,＂scrapping＂. Results： The most commonly-applied acupoints for asthma were the points in bladder meridian,taking the five-zang shu acupoints as the priority,among which the Feishu（ BL13）,Shenshu（ BL23）,Pishu（ BL20） were more commonly used. Conclusion： Acupuncture is the efficiency method to treat asthma. The most commonly-selected acupoints for treating asthma are Feishu（ BL13）,Dingchuan（ EX-B1） and Dazhui（ BL11）. The targeted meridian are mainly the bladder meridian,conception meridian and extra meridians.
