摘　　要：目的：观察耳穴埋豆治疗扁桃体切除术后咽痛的临床疗效。方法：将局麻下行双侧扁桃体剥离的58例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,对照组按照常规抗感染、止血、对症处理。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,行耳穴埋豆术,每次按压3 min,每日可自行按揉10-20次,观察72 h。结果：治疗组治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛VAS评分与对照组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：耳穴埋豆法可以减轻扁桃体切除术后的疼痛。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of bean-burying on the ear acupoints for the patients after tonsillectomy.Methods： 58 cases with Local anesthesia downlink bilateral amygdala were randomized into the treatment group（ 30 cases） and the control group（ 28 cases）. The control group were performed regular anti-infection,blood-checking and symptomatic treatment. The treatment group were treated with the method of bean-burying on the ear acupoints in addition to the treatment applied in the control group. Press the acupoints for 3 minutes each time,10 to 20 times everyday and for 3 days. Results： The difference of the pain VAS scores of the treatment group and those of the control group after 24 h,48h and 72 h is significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The method of bean-burying on the ear acupoints can reduce pain after tonsillectomy.
