启膈散加减治疗反流性食管炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察启膈散加减治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:选取反流性食管炎患者80例,采取随机平行分组法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,观察组给予启膈散加减治疗。结果:治疗后观察组GERD-HRQL症状评分降低明显,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:启膈散加减治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qige Powder on reflux esophagitis. Methods： 80 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random parallel group method,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Qige Powder. Results： After the treatment,GERD-HRQL syndrome score of the observation group obviously decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qige Powder has good curative effect on reflux esophagitis in obviously improving clinical symptoms and clinical effect.
