异功散加味治疗小儿厌食症30例

摘　　要：目的:观察异功散加味治疗小儿脾胃气虚型厌食的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾胃气虚型厌食患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予异功散加味治疗,治疗组予葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗。结果:两组治疗前后体质量、身高、锌变化情况比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P均<0.05);两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异功散加味治疗脾胃气虚型厌食患儿有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Yigong Powder in treating infantile anorexy due to splenogastric qi deficiency. Methods： 60 children with anorexy due to splenogastric qi deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given Yigong Powder,while the ones in the control group were given zinc gluconate for oral administration. Results： In terms of patients＇ constitution,height and zinc changes before and after the treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group（ all P〈0. 05）; In terms of curative effect,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yigong Powder has very good clinical effects on infantile anorexy due to splenogastric qi deficiency.
