9个转基因杂交棉组合的优势比较研究

摘  要:以转基因抗虫杂交棉9个(代号为B1-B9)新组合和湘杂棉7号(对照)为材料,进行生育性状、光合特性、产量性状和品质性状等方面进行系统的比较分析。研究结果表明:各组合与对照在生育期、株高、果枝数方面无显著差异;B3的早熟性、结铃性、叶绿素含量、籽棉产量和纤维品质均优于对照;B5、B6、B9的籽棉产量与对照无显著差异,B1、B2、B4、B7、B8叶绿素含量偏低、皮棉减产,品质也略差。综合各方面的因素,B3叶绿素含量高,有利于光合产物生产和供应,且铃大,结铃性强、产量高,纤维品质优,符合湖南省棉花新品种审定的产量及品质要求。The paper took 9 new combinations of Transgenic Insect Resistant Hybrid Cotton (codenamed B1 ~ B9 ) and Xiangzamian 7 (CK} as materials, fertility traits, photosynthetic characteristics, yield and quality traits and other aspects were system comparative analyzed. The results showed that compared with CK, there were no significant difference in growing period, plant height and fruit branch numbers. B3 showed higher value in precocious, boll setting, chlorophyll content, seed cotton yield and fiber quality, the yields of BS, B6, B9 were no significant difference with CK, B1, B2, 134, B7 and B8 showed lower SPAD value in leaves, lower yield and poorer - quality . B3 showed higher SPAD value in leaves, was conducive to the photosynthetic production and supply, and the big boll, strong boll setting, high yield and quality of cotton in Hunan province to meet the requirement of the new variety registration.
