摘　　要：心室隔离装置是一种治疗前壁心肌梗死所致左心室功能不全的植入性器械,它可以有效地克服因前壁心肌梗死造成的左心室血流动力学改变,具有很好的应用前景和推广价值,现就心室隔离装置的结构、应用原理以及目前应用状况做一综述。The isolated ventricular device as a kind of implantable device used for left ventricular dysfunction caused by anterior myocardial infarction,could effectively reverse the left ventricular hemodynamic changes caused by anterior myocardial infarction. Therefore,it has a good prospects in the clinic. This article reviews the structure,application principle,and the current application status of the isolated ventricular device.
