摘　　要：顽固性高血压患者往往有血压高、病程长、与心血管及肾脏事件高危相关等特点,因此简单、安全、有效地控制血压刻不容缓。非药物治疗可弥补当前药物疗法的不足,现就压力反射刺激疗法治疗顽固性高血压的机制及安全有效性进展进行综述。Patients with resistant hypertension always have high blood pressure,long duration and associated with cardiovascular and kidney events. To find simple,safe and effective antihypertensive treatment is an urgent task. Non-drug therapies may remedy the deficiency of current drug therapies. The paper summarizes the machanism of baroreflex activation treatment for resistant hypertension and security effectiveness.
