摘　　要：经皮二尖瓣分离术已成为二尖瓣狭窄患者安全而有效的治疗手段。然而,即使二尖瓣狭窄患者接受了成功的二尖瓣分离术治疗后仍有部分患者出现二尖瓣再狭窄。现从经皮二尖瓣分离术治疗二尖瓣再狭窄的并发症,即刻、中远期疗效及其预测因素等方面做一综述。Percutaneous mitral commissurotomy has been shown to be a safe and effective treatment for patients with mitral stenosis.However,even when patients with mitral stenosis were treated with percutaneous mitral commissurotomy,some still end up with mitral restenosis. This article reviews the complications,immediate and long-term outcomes,and the predictive factors for patients with mitral restenosis undergoing percutaneous mitral commissurotomy.
