摘  要:目的:探讨泌尿外科围手术期健康教育单在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法:某院泌尿外科自2012年10月开始应用围手术期健康教育单,由责任护士对泌尿外科术前患者及患者家属进行围手术期健康教育。将2012年10月-2013年9月收治的617例手术患者作为试验组,2011年10月-2012年9月收治的589例手术患者作为对照组,对照组围手术期采用床边口头宣教,试验组在对照组基础上采用健康教育单,比较两组手术患者由于围手术期宣教不到位导致的护理纠纷、不良事件,以及患者的满意度等。结果:与对照组比较,试验组护理纠纷、不良事件明显减少,患者满意度明显提高(P〈0.05)。结论:泌尿外科围手术期健康教育单的设计与应用减少了相关护理纠纷和不良事件的发生,提高了手术患者满意度,从而促进了优质护理服务的发展。Objective: To understand the role of the health education list in perioperation period of urology department in the clinical nursing work. Methods:The application of the health education list has come into service since October 2012,used the health education list by responsibility nurses on preoperative patients and family members of patients in urology department. 617 operation patients received and treated during October 2012 to September 2013 were classified as intervention group,while other 589 operation patients received and treated during October 2011 to September 2012 were classified as traditional group. The two groups were compared in the aspect of nursing disputes and cacoethic events owing to the inadequate publicity and education they received during the perioperation period,as well as the aspect that whether patients. Results: Compared with control group,the amount of nursing disputes,cacoethic events owing to the inadequate publicity and education patients received during the perioperation period of expermental group has significantly reduced,and patients,satisfaction was higher the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The design and application of health education lists of urology department reduces the related nursing disputes and cacoethic events,making patients more satisfied,which promotes the development of high quality nursing service.
