“三院一体”养老服务对养老护理员职业培训的实证调查

摘　　要：本研究调查了河北省70所养老机构及122名老年护理员基本情况。结果显示养老机构的入住率在50%以上,面临的主要问题是资金困难、人员不足和设备落后。接受调查的护理员年龄30-50岁者占58.20%,50岁以上者占21.31%,中学学历占45.90%,大中专以上学历约占28.69%,但仍有部分小学及以下学历者;护理专业毕业或参加过护理培训的占38%;工资800-1500元占55.38%。能每天做到的比例较高的护理内容分别是食品营养方面、洗衣清洁和清洁卫生,能每天做到保健及安全护理的比例相对较低。根据以上实证及分析,作者认为老年护理专业教育应尽早建立分级体系,要进一步强化养老护理员的培训,实现培训的社会化。Objective： To investigate basic situation in variety of nursing institution for the aged in Hebei province. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling method was applied to obtain data from 70 nursing institution for the aged and 122 elderly nurses,written questionnaires were employed. Results： The occupancy rate in the investigated nursing institutions was more than 50% of pension services; the main problem is the insufficient funding difficulties,lack of human resources and equipment backup. The majority of the investigated nurses were between the age 30 and 50 years old,with 21. 31% of investigated nurses were50 years old or above,45. 90% graduated from high school or technical secondary school degree while 28. 69% were from secondary technical school or above. However there were still some primary schools and the following degrees. 38% in investigated nurses had ever been trained for older care or nursing professional graduate. Daily nursing job which could be ensured were food and nutrition supply,laundry cleaning and hygiene,which fill most of the job content of older care aids,while safety care concerns was relatively low. Conclusion： Upgrading the nursing education system is needed as soon as possible and further development of older care nursing training by social organizations should be encouraged and supported by the government.
