摘　　要：目的：探讨自制人工保湿器在改善垂体瘤术后张口呼吸患者口腔舒适度中的应用效果。方法：选择2013年1-12月我科经鼻蝶垂体瘤术后患者40例,将其随机等分成对照组和观察组。对照组用棉签蘸水为患者湿润口唇,观察组使用人工保湿器为患者湿润口唇,比较两组患者口腔舒适度及护理效果。结果：观察组患者口腔舒适程度高于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者口腔护理效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：使用人工保湿器可提高垂体瘤术后张口呼吸患者口腔舒适度,有利于患者积极配合治疗。Objective： To explore the clinical use of artificial humidor for improving mouth comfort level of post- operation patients with pituitary adenomas.Methods： 40 patients underwent pituitary adenomas operation in our department from Jan. to Dec. 2013,they were randomly divided into two groups,control group and experiment group,each group contained 20 patients. We used swab with water for the humidification of control group and used artificial humidor for experiment group. Results： The mouth comfort level of experiment group was better than control group,meanwhile patients rarely suffered from mouth inflammation and stink smell. Conclusion： Artificial humidor could improve the mouth comfort level of post- operation patients with pituitary adenomas and it was better for patients＇ cooperation in treatment.
