摘　　要：目的:探讨患儿家属的心理因素及护理,减少护患冲突。方法:从患儿家属的认知、护理人员的服务和医院层面三方面分析患儿家属各种负性情绪的成因,提出疏泻患儿家属负性情绪的措施。结果:护士运用支持性心理治疗技术对患儿家属进行心理护理是关键。结论:护士在建立良好护患关系的基础上运用支持性心理治疗技术对患儿家属进行心理护理,帮助疏泻负性情绪,医院层面采取相应对策提高护士相关能力,减轻护士压力,改善医疗环境,可以减少护患冲突的发生。Objective： To investigate the psychological nursing of children families,reduce nurse- patient conflict. Methods： Analyzed the causes of the child＇s family all negative emotions from the families of the children cognitive,nursing staff service and hospital level,proposed dredging families of negative emotion measures. Results： The psychological nursing of children with family members with supportive psychotherapy technique was the key. Conclusion： Good patient- nurse relationship and supportive psychotherapy technique could help the dredging of negative emotions. The hospital managers should take corresponding countermeasures to improve the nurse related ability,alleviate pressure of nurses,improve medical environment,can reduce the occurrence of nurse patient conflict.
