摘  要:对某矿山浮选得到的铜金精矿开展浸出工艺研究,采用搅拌超细磨结合低温低压浸出的工艺氧化浸出其中的黄铜矿物。在115℃,0.8 MPa下氧化搅拌浸出,铜的浸出率可以达到95%以上。本文主要对不同磨矿粒度对浸出过程的影响进行了分析,分别对铜、铁、硫在浸出过程中的变化规律以及变化机理开展了研究,并对热压前后的粒度变化进行了考察。该工艺技术设备简单、药剂耗量低,具有广阔的工业化前景。Research was carried on a cooper-gold mine flotation concentrate by adopting oxidation leaching of cooper pyrite with low temperature,pressure and ultra-fine grinding. The cooper leaching rate can reach 95% at 115℃ and 0. 8MPa with oxidation leaching. In this paper, the effect of different particle size on leaching process was analyzed, the rule and mechanism of leaching process of copper, iron, sulfur with the change of particle size and leaching time was studied, and the change of particle size before and after leaching process was investigated. This technology with simple equipmentandlow pharmaceutical consumption has a broad prospect for industrialization.
