摘 要:依据美国环境保护署(US EPA)的生态风险评价导则,通过研究区域的界定与分析、风险源分析、暴露分析、危害分析及生态风险综合评价的评价框架,对兰州市的主要水源地——黄河新城桥段进行了生态风险评价。通过风险源分析,识别出主要生态风险源为点源污染源、面源污染源、内污染源等;以水质变化为评价终点,通过暴露、危害分析,采用基于因子权重的评价方法进行综合评价。结果表明,对黄河新城桥段生态风险中贡献最大的因子为有机污染物,其次为营养盐及有机污染综合指标和重金属污染物,权重值分别为0.246和0.217。On the basis of American Environmental Protection Agency(US EPA)guidelines for ecological risk assessment,through the research region and analysis,risk source analysis,exposure assessment,hazard analysis framework of comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the ecological risk of Lanzhou City,the main source of water -- the Yellow River metro section of ecological risk assessment. Through the risk source analysis,identify the main ecological risk source as a point source pollution source,non-point source pollution source,pollution source;to water quality changes as the assessment endpoint,by exposure,hazard analysis,the comprehensive evaluation by the method which is based on the weights of evaluation factor. The results show that,on the contribution of the Yellow River metro section of ecological risk in the largest factor of organic pollutants,followed by nutrient and organic pollution indicators and heavy metal pollutants,the weight values were 0.246 and 0.217.
