摘 要:在相同的环境条件下,通过对S产品、H产品和M产品3种医用超低温冰箱进行试验研究和对比,得出3种产品性能的差异,并提出相应的优化改善方向。试验结果表明:S产品降温速度较慢,最低到达温度最低,温度均匀性好,耗电量最低;H产品降温速度慢,最低到达温度较高,温度均匀性差,耗电量较高;M产品降温速度快,最低到达温度最高,温度均匀性较差,耗电量最高。指出可以对H产品和M产品的结构和制冷系统进行优化改善,改善产品最低到达温度、温度均匀性及耗电量等方面的性能。Through experimental research and comparison on S product,H product and M product which are medical ultra-low temperature freezers,their performance differences under identical environmental conditions are obtained and the corresponding improving suggestions are put forward. The experimental results show that S product has slower cooling speed, the lowest reached temperature, the best temperature uniformity and the least power consumption; H product has the slowest cooling speed,higher reached temperature,the worst temperature uniformity and more power consumption;M product has the fastest cooling speed, the highest reached temperature, worse temperature uniformity, and the most power consumption. The performances of H product and M product,including the lowest reached temperature, temperature uniformity and power consumption can be enhanced by improving their structure and refrigeration system.
