摘 要:相对于山羊绒原料,细羊毛、兔绒与大豆蛋白复合纤维的来源较广、价格较低且具备潜在的仿真优势,将这3种原料进行配伍,并建立用于深度仿真的原料配比数学模型。直接影响产品风格的原料特征指标主要涉及回潮率、初始模量、卷曲弹性回复率、导热系数、质量比电阻、摩擦因数、密度与直径。在仿真可行性分析基础上,将这8项特征指标分成可仿真指标与检验性指标2类,并以排列组合的方式对可仿真指标进行两两分组,使每个组合中的2项指标依次作为首选拟合指标,利用原料配比数学模型的求解式逐组计算能同时满足山羊绒2项特征指标的原料配比,最终获得7个可行方案。其中拟合效果最好的积累误差率分别只有6.09%和8.48%,达到了深度仿真目的。Comparing with cashmere, fine wool, rabbit fluff and soybean protein fiber have the advantages of wide source, low price and potential imitation for cashmere. In order to achieve profoundly imitation of cashmere, a mathematics model for the above three raw material proportions was established. There are some property parameters, such as moisture regain, initial modulus, crimp elasticity recovery ratio, heat conductivity, resistance ratio, friction factor, density and diameter, which affect the product style directly. Based on the analyses of imitation feasibility, the above eight property parameters are classified into two kinds, one is for imitation, and another is for check up. Then group the imitation parameters two by two with the permutation and combination theory, take the two parameters as first selected imitation parameters, obtain the raw material proportion, which can meet the request of relative two property parameters for cashmere with the raw material proportions mathematics model. Finally, seven available schemes were obtained. Among the seven available schemes, the best two realized the aim of profoundly imitation with accumulated error as low as 6.09% and 8.48% respectively.
