城镇土地扩张与人口增长协调性分析--以安徽省为例

摘　　要：基于城镇建成区面积和城镇人口数据,构建了城镇土地扩张与人口增长协调性评价模型,划定了城镇土地扩张与人口增长协调度的分级标准,对安徽省城镇土地扩张与人口增长之间的协调性进行了分析。结果表明:安徽省城镇土地扩张与人口增长的协调性较弱,呈现土地快速扩张态势;土地显著扩张是安徽省城镇发展的主要类型,全省共有8个城市表现出土地显著扩张,3个城市表现出土地明显扩张,3个城市表现出人地基本协调,仅有2个城市表现出人口明显增长;从空间分布来看,土地显著扩张和土地明显扩张城市主要集中在皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区内经济相对发达的城市,人口明显增长城市的分布重心则相对北移,主要集中在皖北经济相对落后的地区,而人地基本协调城市主要集中在"两淮"资源型城市。基于上述结果和新型城镇化的发展内涵,针对如何实现城镇土地扩张与人口增长协调发展提出了相关政策建议。Based on the urban built- up land and population data, this eesay establishes the coordination evaluation model to evaluate the relation between urban land expansion and population growth of 16 cities of Anhui Province. The results showed that： The development between urban land expansion and population growth is not synchronous, presenting a weak degree of coordination; In recent years, the main types of urban development of Anhui Province are land expansion significantly, with half of the cities, followed by urban land expansion of three cities and population - land coordination of three cities, and only two cities showed obvious population growth; With regard to spa- tial distribution, cities with significant land expansion and land expansion are mainly concentrated in developed urban of Wan- jiang urban area, the distribution center of the cities with significant population growth moved to the north, which are mainly lo- cated in the relatively backward north areas of Anhui Province, the populationland coordination cities are mainly concentrated in resource - based cities of Anhui Province. Based on the resuits of the above, this essay puts forward the corresponding policies and recommendations about how to realize coordinated development of urban land expansion and population growth in the various regions of Anhui Province.
