摘 要:针对某款车转向盘骨架的设计,首先采用建立基于梁单元的转向盘骨架简化模型的方法,进行转向盘碰撞安全性能和NVH性能仿真分析,并通过试验验证了此简化模型的有效性。然后通过梁单元截面参数化,运用多学科设计优化方法,通过实验设计构建了RBF近似模型用于代替仿真模型,快速设计出最优的转向盘骨架截面结构,在满足转向盘的碰撞安全性能和NVH性能条件下,达到质量最轻的目的。结果表明:该方法不仅对转向盘的正向设计有一定的指导意义,同时能够实现转向盘碰撞安全性能和NVH性能两学科的并行优化设计,大大缩短了设计周期,具有较高的工程实用性。Aiming at the steering wheel skeleton design of a mini-car, a simplified modeling method for steering wheel skeleton based on beam elements is adopted first to conduct a simulate analysis on the impact safety and NVH performance of steering wheel, with the effectiveness of the simplified model verified by tests. Then through parameterizing beam element section, applying multidisciplinary design optimization ( MDO ) technique, and building a RBF meta-model instead of simulation model with the design of experiments, the sections of steering wheel skeleton are speedy optimized, achieving the goal of lightweighting while meeting the requirements on impact safety and NVH performance of steering wheel. The results show that the method adopted not only has a guiding sig-nificance to the forward design of steering wheel, but also achieves the parallel design optimization in two disciplines of steering wheel—impact safety and NVH performance, greatly reducing the design lead-time with a high engineer-ing practicability.
