摘　　要：为实现电视台海量节目生产能力,提高节目的制作水平和制作质量,降低节目制作的平均成本,满足电视业务发展的需求,提出了高清非编制作网络系统的建设,给出了系统的详细流程设计及系统的架构设计,并对系统中的关键技术点进行了简要的分析和阐述。In order to implement the production capacity of television massive program, improve the level and quality of the production of the program, reduce the average cost of program production, and meet the needs of the development of television business, the construction of HD NLE production network system is put forward in this paper. The detailed design flow and the system architecture design are presented, and the key technical points in the system are analyzed and expounded briefly.
