摘　　要：就板式降膜蒸发器加热板片的设计制造、MVR节能蒸发技术在制浆造纸废液蒸发中的应用等进行探讨,提出一种新的板片制造工艺——激光圈焊,这种新工艺可以较大地提高板片的承压能力,提高板片的工艺性能;同时还对MVR节能蒸发工艺在制浆造纸废液中的应用进行分析。这些新技术的应用,在能源紧张、资源日趋匮乏的今天,具有重要意义。In the article, the design and manufacture of the heating plate in fi lm-drop plate evaporator and the application of MVR energy saving evaporation technology in the evaporation of pulping waste water were st udied. A new plate manufact uring process, laser lap welding, was put forward, which can improve the pressure bearing capacity of the plate. Meanwhile, the application of MVR energy saving evaporation technology in the evaporation of pulping waste water was analyzed. The application of the new technologies will absolutely play an important role in the age of energy and resources shortage.
