摘　　要：三压压区闭合及压区加载控制是集MCS、液压系统、机电一体化控制的典型案例。任何部件故障、参数不匹配都会导致压区闭合、线压补偿及加载控制失败,这里介绍一起因参数不匹配致使压区闭合及加载失败的案例。The load control of nip closing and preloading of 3rd press is integrated with different technologies such as MCS, hydraulic system and mechatronics. Any fault in parts or non-compatibility of parameters can result in failure of the nip closing, preloading and the compensation of linear pressure. A case in which unmatched parameters resulted in failures in nip closing and loading was introduced in this article.
