摘　　要：基于物流承运商的视角,探讨了物流服务终端横向协同合作的内涵、目的和类型;从拍卖机制的设计角度,阐述了适合承运商订单或运力分配的双边拍卖和组合拍卖机制;从协同战略成本、协同伙伴资格和绩效审核、信息沟通机制及风险和责任分摊等角度,给出了承运商协同物流成本和风险管理的建议。In this paper, from the perspective of a logistics carrier, we discussed the connotation, objective and type of the horizontal collaboration of the logistics service terminals, then after designing the relevant auction mechanism, studied the bilateral auction mechanism and combinatory auction mechanism of order or transportation capacity allocation suitable for the carrier, and at the end, from multiple angles, presented suggestinns for the management of the cost and risks in the collaborative logistics operation of the carrier.
