摘　　要：随着我国零售连锁超市间竞争的日益激烈,通过逆向物流管理来降低成本、提高收益的做法已经逐渐被企业所重视。针对连锁超市逆向物流管理的特征,详细分析了连锁超市逆向物流的管理现状及存在问题,指出要想提高企业收益,增强竞争力,必须重视逆向物流的重要性,并提出了加强逆向物流管理的思路和对策。In this paper, in view of the characteristics of the reverse logistics management of chain supermarkets, we analyzed in detail the current status and existing problems of the reverse logistics management of the chain supermarkets, pointed out the importance of reverse logistics, and at the end, proposed the countermeasures to reinforce the reverse logistics management practice.
