摘　　要：通过阐述绿色物流的涵义,说明我国快速发展绿色物流的必要性,分析了我国发展绿色物流的意义,探讨了我国发展绿色物流的对策和路径。In this paper, through introducing the connotation of green logistics, we illustrated the necessity for the rapid development of the green logistics practice in China, analyzed its significance and proposed the countermeasures and paths for the development of the green logistics in China.
