摘 要:目的了解深圳市某医院急性上呼吸道感染门诊患者中的腺病毒(HAd V)感染状况及流行特征。方法采用荧光定量PCR法对深圳市宝安区人民医院门诊就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患者的990份咽拭子进行HAd V检测核酸,并分析HAd V的流行特征。结果 2011-2013年该医院急性上呼吸道感染患者HAd V的阳性率为6.33%(63/990),HAd V感染主要集中在5岁以下儿童,占58.73%(37/63),以学龄前儿童检出率最高,其次为婴幼儿和学龄儿童。HAd V感染者体温均大于38℃。HAd V合并其他呼吸道病毒的混合感染率为23.81%。结论 HAd V是深圳市某医院急性上呼吸道感染门诊患者的重要病原体之一,随着季节和年龄的不同,HAd V具有一定的流行规律。Objective To investigate the situation and epidemiological characteristics of human adenovirus( HAd V) infection among outpatients with acute upper respiratory tract infections in a hospital in Shenzhen. Methods Real- time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect nucleic acid of HAd V in 990 clinical swabs collected from outpatients with acute upper respiratory tract infections in the People's Hospital of Baodan District,Shenzhen City,and the epidemiological characteristics of HAd V were analyzed. Results During the period of 2011- 2013,the positive rate of HAd V in the outpatients with acute upper respiratory tract infections was 6. 33%( 63 /990). Most of the outpatients were children aged 5 years,accounting for 58. 73%( 37 /63). The detection rate of HAd V of preschoolers was the highest,followed by infants and school- age children. The temperatures of outpatients with HAd V infection were all higher than 38℃. The co- infection rate of HAd V and other respiratory tract viruses was 23. 81%. Conclusions HAd V is one of the most important pathogens of acute upper respiratory tract infections in this hospital,showing certain epidemic rules in different age groups and different seasons.
