摘 要:转向架是轨道车辆走行部的关键部分。因此,研究其装配工艺规划和验证方法具有重要意义。通过对某典型型号转向架的结构以及装配工艺进行分析,介绍了基于DELMIA的转向架装配顺序仿真和装配人机仿真的具体流程。对转向架整个装配过程进行装配顺序仿真和人机工程仿真,并生成相应的分析报告。装配顺序仿真能够生成装配过程中转向架零部件之间或者转向架与产品之间的干涉报告,人机工程仿真从装配特性和生理特性两方面对操作人员进行分析,得到操作人员的舒适性以及体力消耗报告。研究对改善转向架装配过程,缩短工艺规划时间,实现转向架装配数字化设计具有一定指导意义和应用价值。Bogie is the key part of orbital vehi cles. so it is important to study the method of as sembly process planning and validation. Analyzing the structures and assembly process of some typi cal bogie, some detailed paths were introduced that the assembly sequence and man machine simula tion of bogie was based on DELMIA. The whole assembly process was simulated and generated rel ative analysis report. The simulation of assembly sequence can generate interference reports between two different parts of bogie or between parts and products. The man machine engineering simulation analyzed workers from assembly features and physiological characteristics, and obtained the re port contains the comfort and energy consumption of operator. The research had a certain guiding sig nificance and application value at three aspects which were improvement of bogie assembly process, cutting down processing time and the real ization of digital assembly.
