摘　　要：借鉴API 581和API 653等相关标准,结合国内石化系统大量的储罐失效事故案例,开发出基于B/S架构的常压储罐定量风险评估软件系统。通过定量计算,可以得到储罐失效可能性等级、失效后果等级、风险等级和罐体损伤因子发展趋势。Taking API 581, API 653 and other relevant standards as references, a quantitative risk assessment software system based on B/S architecture has been developed on the basis of analysis on massive failure cases of storage tank in domestic petrochemical industry. Through quantitative calculation, the ranks of failure possibility, failure consequence and risk of the storage tank as well as the developing trend of tank damage factor can be determined.
