摘 要:动物胶粘结剂无毒无害,容易溃散,可以降解,应用前景较广。动物胶直接作为型砂粘结剂的效果不佳,普通动物胶活性低,常温下是固态,不利于混砂,因此需要对它进行改性处理。文中首先确定了水胶比为8∶5,采用Na OH对动物胶进行碱解,其加入量为动物胶质量的6%。然后采用丙烯酸、单糖对动物胶进行改性处理,并通过正交试验得到了各组分的最佳配比(质量比)为:动物胶∶丙烯酸∶过硫酸铵∶糖=50∶15∶1.5∶7.5;改性温度为75℃,改性时间选定为90 min,通过烘干硬化,粘结剂初强度达到2.5 MPa。最后通过红外光谱对改性机理进行理论分析,分析认为改性剂丙烯酸、单糖可与动物胶发生接枝共聚及酯化交联反应,过硫酸铵起到引发剂的作用。Animal glue is a binder which is non-toxic, pollution-flee and biodegradable and it has a spacious prospect in application. However, the animal glue can not be used directly as a sand binder, because the original animal glue is solid-state at room-temperature and has a low activity as a sand binder, so it needs to be modified. In the experiment, the ratio of water to animal glue is determined as 8:5 and NaOH is used as catalyst to decompose the animal glue and the amount of it is 6% of animal glue quality. Then acrylic acid and monosaccharide are used as modifiers. The best ratio of each materials from an orthogonal experiment is as followed: animal glue :acrylic acid :ammonium persulfate: monosaccharide =50:15:1.5:7.5. The modification temperature is 75 ℃ and the modification time is 90 min. Then, the original strength of modified animal glue can be 2.5 MPa by baking. The mechanism of modification is analyzed by infrared spectrometer, it is considered that there is a graft copolymerization and a ester-crosslink happened among the materials, ammonium persulfate is regarded as an initiator to the polymerization of acrylic acid molecules.
