摘  要:管道完整性评价软件对提高完整性评价工作效率具有重要意义。研制开发了油气管道完整性评价与剩余寿命分析软件,核心计算模块由基于ASME B31G标准的管道缺陷评价模型和基于失效压力的管道可靠性概率模型组成。软件包含数据统计、当前完整性评价、将来完整性评价和管道可靠性计算四个功能模块。以国内某成品油管道为例,运用软件对其进行了完整性评价,评价结果为管道的维护维修提供了决策依据。Pipeline integrity assessment software has important significance to improve the work efficiency of pipeline integrity evaluation. The analysis software for integrity assessment of oil and gas pipeline and the remaining life was developed. The core calculation module is comprised of pipeline defect evaluation model based on ASME B31G standard and reliability-probability model based on pipeline failure pressure. The software contains four function modules: the data statistics, the current integrity assessment, the future integrity assessment and pipeline reliability calculation. The integrity assessment of a domestic product pipeline was carried out by this software. The evaluation results can provide a basis for decision making for the pipeline maintenance and repair.
